RETURN POLICY

If you are unhappy with the goods received, we will refund your credit card. We will refund once we receive the goods back in original condition, unused and in original packaging. We will not refund shipping costs for returned goods. The return shipping will be at your cost, unless the product is faulty, or the wrong product was sent to you. Please contact us within 48 hours should you wish to return the product. You may expect a refund to your credit card within 30 days upon receipt of your returned item.

PRICING & AVAILABILITY

All prices on this website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and inclusive of GST (Goods & Services Tax) of 15%.

We try to ensure the accuracy of all information on www.framinghouse.co.nz however we reserve the right at any time to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information without prior notice. Such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to pricing and availability and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed based on incorrect pricing or availability information.

ORDERS

Orders placed during the week, Monday-Friday will be shipped within 72 hours of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends, and public holidays will normally be shipped within 96 hours or the next working day. If for some reason we do not have that product available immediately to ship to you, we will contact you via the email address supplied and advise you.

If the goods cannot be delivered to you because the incorrect address has been provided or you are unavailable to accept the delivery it is your responsibility to arrange re-delivery or personal collection of the goods from the courier depot.
